This one went together fairly well. The mechanism is clever and effective even if the setup is kind of contrived. The mice swing around on there pretty freely which adds to the menacing mood.
'Im Stall geht's rund' translates to 'In the barn on patrol' which this cat is obviously failing at. He's stuck in a strange contraption that consists of a bucket with a t-shaped structure coming up out of the middle of it and a brush of some sort sticking out the side. You crank the brush and the mice spin. The mice are terrorizing the cat by swinging around him and presumably taunting him and making threats. Maybe they're rats. They're very large in relation to the size of the cat.
Maybe this has an unspoken relation to the 'When The Cat's Away' series. Creepy!
