Egg #62: Dragonfly Mystique

Egg #62 is yet another in my Open-Air Am Wiesenrand series! I get excited about these ones now since the translations are a bit tricky and there's a whole story behind it. This appears to be some sort of dragonfly fairy with a translucent magenta body and a gross-looking segmented abdomen (which is obviously redundant) sticking out behind her.

There were only five bits to build. The assembly was not bad at all except the pinecone didn't want to go together too well.

'Die schöne Elfe verzaubert die Wiesenbewohner mit ihrem Tanz!' translates to 'The beautiful fairy meadow delights the residents with their dancing!' That's nice. Dragonfly fairies seem like a really magical and lovely thing, don't they? Well, Wikipedia has some interesting things to say about dragonflies including, "They breathe through gills in their rectum, and can rapidly propel themselves by suddenly expelling water through the anus."
