Egg #165: Who Rides Inside?

Egg #165 is the first in a freaking bizarre series. It reminds me of the Das kleine schneckendorf series in a way. This series is called 'Crazy Airbirds' and they appear to be aircraft with avian attributes. It's difficult to tell from the pictures whether these are supposed to be some fantastical combination of flesh and steel or if they're simply aircraft built to look like birds but because this is Kinder I'm going with the first theory. This airplane is called Captain Star (furthering my belief that they are sentient birdplanes) and he's a bearded purple plane with a red hat.

This was actually kind of difficult to assemble because it just didn't want to fit together. You can see in the last picture that there is a gap along the seam of the toy on top. I tried and tried but it would not cooperate. Bad birdplane.
